Tasks can be automated. You cannot.

Most people are living a version of themselves someone else assigned. It works for a while. Then something breaks, or ends, or gets automated, and there is nothing underneath. I built The Atman Method, an app that helps people find out who they actually are. It does not give advice. It just does not let you get away with your first answer.

I write here about what I see doing that work. What people say when they finally stop performing. What surfaces when the surface answer can no longer hold. What it takes to build something that creates depth instead of imitating it.

If you are somewhere between who you have been and who you are next, this is for you.
